Lavender and Ugliness

A friend of mine once said that peace is the lowest standard any society can have. The world I currently know is peaceful; It isn't weed and reggae peaceful, it isn't zen music and lavender peaceful either. We judge the historical timeframe of a place based on its Aesthetics and its existential environment.

I'll use music as an example because that's my main interest. For the previous few decades music was all about finding beauty in the ugliness of the world. Nowadays music is about framing ugly things as beautiful. Modern music videos amount to disjointed sequences of race-mixing and gay guys. Its intentionally inane and dubious when it could be so much more. There is no gumption to the music itself, unless you consider four chords brilliant.

The existential environment has also changed. Ideologues of any variant can agree that most people lack passion; What they blame may change, but its obvious that no one is doing anything past blaming.
Enter tfwnogf. If forever alone seemed pathetic, than this new flavor of the day will annoy you. Try enjoying anything more than a decade old, you'll be plagued with people undergoing a midlife crisis at age 16.

I'd rather walk into Mordor than live peacefully with Lady Gaga and the 4Chan community. Also, this was going to be a MISTERWONKA7 video, but Youtube had to be problematic. Enjoy my new time schedule. The Atlantic crowd can now enjoy my blogposts at 9:AM, the time they're meant to be seen.
